Hotel a South Prairie

“My bedding had a hair on the sheets. I asked for replacement for both beds. Guy at desk said it was probably the maid's hair, but agreed it shouldn't be there regardless. Other than that, the room and property seemed quite clean. Loved that the pool and hottub is open 24 hrs for adults. Breakfast is over at 9, which is just too early. I feel like it should be 10. Overall, a nice hotel. I would stay here again.”

“Older place but has been remodeled and they keep it clean. Grab and go breakfast is decent. Coffee is awful. The room coffee is decent. Definitely a good value. ”

“I had a disappointing experience at Best Western. The staff overall were quite inattentive and not very helpful during our stay, which made things frustrating. The only positive interaction we had was with the night staff member, who was kind and pleasant. Unfortunately, we also left a massage gun in our room, and when we called to inquire about it, we were told it wasn’t found.
